Howard is a seasoned attorney with more than four decades of legal experience serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. He resides in the far northern suburbs of Chicago and is the proud parent of two adult children and three grandchildren.

Education:

Howard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
