I wanted to send a short note of thanks to your team for doing such a great job handling the massive amount of bank red tape involved in short sales and REO transactions.

To my surprise you also took charge with other attorneys with far less experience and closed some tough deals for my buyers.

All this without much effort on my part. I can’t even count the times Carolyn, Tom and your team have said to me no problem and we will take care that for you. I believe your company’s truly in the business of keeping Realtors Selling and taking the grief out of closing with the banks.

I feel very strongly about closing what I start, to a point of obsession and I can only say thank you for closing the tough ones with me.  I have a few on your desk now that I truly believe the only team that could close them is Gardi, Haught, Fischer & Bhosale LTD no one handles the surprises better!
