Will this cost me anything?
Our office charges a flat fee of $250.00 to get your mortgage servicer(s) to successfully apply and oversee a relief option on your loan(s). If you do not want to take advantage of any relief options available to you, or if your mortgage servicer or investor does not have any available options, YOU WILL NOT PAY A PENNY.
Can I just do this on my own?
You can always contact your mortgage servicers to obtain this information on your own, but please know our work DOES NOT STOP THERE! We will make sure your lender does not confuse your request for assistance with a loan modification which can be a tedious and sometimes time consuming review period which will require you to submit financial documentation. If you do qualify for mortgage assistance based on the pandemic, our office will ask your servicer to provide written documentation that confirms the details of their agreement so that you’re clear on what the terms are. We will keep up on all of your deadlines as you will have to reach out to your mortgage servicer(s) to make arrangements to repay any amount suspended/paused mortgage payments
How can we get started?
Review and complete the attached engagement letter, third party authorization form and credit card authorization form. We will discuss your options with you before making a decision or authorizing any changes to your mortgage account.
