My relationship with Hiten Gardi and his law firm began in 2003. I met him at a real estate closing where he was representing one of my clients. As you you can imagine closings are very boring for Realtors so I struck up a conversation with him. I liked him immediately: he wasn’t your typical attorney. I found him very likable, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Shortly after meeting him, I decided that I would start recommending him to my clients. I’ve been with him ever since, I have been a full time Realtor since 1983. I’ve gone through several attorneys in this time period. The problems I’ve found with attorney’s I used in the past were they all started out good, at first they would be on the ball, getting the job done, basically doing a real good job. After a few years, their work would start to decline, they would not call me or my clients back in a timely matter, they would not follow through on time missing important deadlines etc. My father has this saying that a new broom sweeps clean, after awhile they are just a broom. I’ve found this statement is not true with Hiten. His law firm has simply gotten better over the years, not worse. His office has grown tremendously over the years.
When the Real Estate market started to change in 2006 and 2007, Hiten’s law firm was out in front adjusting multiple changes taking place, such as short sales. He immediately saw a need for the changing market and adjusted accordingly by hiring a short sale/foreclosure staff. As you are aware, short sales are very difficult to get closed, his staff does an awesome job on getting just about everyone closed.
In conclusion, I recommend his law firm highly. Whatever new challenges are around the corner in this crazy Real Estate Market, I am confident that the Gardi Law firm will be out in front, leading the pack.
