Isaac Franco focuses his practice in corporate and real estate law. He counsels companies of all sizes in a variety of corporate transactions. He represents clients, both sellers and purchasers, in residential real estate and commercial real estate transactions. Isaac’s broad range of business and tax experience allows him to approach his clients’ legal matters in a multifaceted way.
Isaac received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law and his B.A. from the University of New Mexico. Isaac was awarded both Loyola’s Leadership and Service Award and Loyola’s Public Interest Award for his commitment of service to the community. His legal philosophy is that communication, diligence, and professionalism are the cornerstones of high quality representation.

In Isaac’s corporate law practice, he helps protect client’s assets and limit their liability through the creation and organization of corporations, LLCs, and limited partnerships. Taking into consideration client’s long and short term goals, Isaac helps counsel client’s joint ventures through the development of company organizational documents, employee contracts, vendor contracts and internal company policies.
Isaac has experience representing a broad range of clients including, private lenders, privately held companies and start-ups. Drawing from his experience working at the Internal Revenue Service and Loyola’s Federal Tax Clinic and Externship for the Honorable Judge Kendall of The Seventh Circuit’s Northern District, Isaac is able to approach his client’s legal problems in the multifaceted and comprehensive way today’s legal field demands.
Isaac also focuses his practice in commercial and residential real estate law. Isaac helps clients buy and sell residential homes and purchase, sell, lease and negotiate like-kind 1031 exchanges of commercial real estate. He also provides responsive, high quality representation to Homeowner Association Boards throughout Greater Chicago.
